I have been a member of the Human Resources Network (HRN) for several years now and have gotten value out of it in several areas. I've enjoyed spending time with the other members face to face at our meetings and get a lot of value out of the information that is shared. I always find it interesting to hear about what other companies are doing in human resources and learn about the similarities and differences between their companies and mine. In addition, I like having the ability to send requests for information to other members outside of our meetings. Not only is it helpful when I need to gather information for myself, but I find it interesting to read the responses being sent regarding other people's questions. Lastly.....it's nice to have a chance to meet other people who 'speak my language'!
