Is open innovation a key growth and competitive driver in your organization? If not, what are the barriers for it to deliver on its potential? By studying the historical challenges associated with open innovation, it is possible not only to develop counter-measures to the top failure modes but also tailor the communication plan to the stakeholders and practitioners.
