Accessing Internal Knowledge

As baby boomers approach retirement age, companies experience an increasing need to capture the knowledge of seasonsed staff members before the leave the workforce. This ROR investigates organizational practices that facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ranks them in regards to their utility for tacit knowledge.
The need for knowledge management will be characterized and documented. Members will be asked to review a matrix of knowledge transfer practices and provide feedback to inform the development of a maturity model for organizational knowledge transfer.
