2012 Member Summit- Roadmapping

Roadmaps are valuable tools in developing integrated plans, identifying and resolving disconnects in those plans, and aligning different groups with the agreed plans across a company. This workshop will discuss different approaches to developing roadmaps showing links between top-level strategy, customer desires, and product/technology development plans. General challenges in roadmapping will be considered, together with issues associated with specific implementation approaches. The workshop will draw from the Research-Technology
