Looking Backwards from the Future

Keynote Session
Thursday, June 9, 2:00pm – 3:00pm CT

We too often talk of disruption as binary events that appear unexpectedly. But disruption is a process that happens when organizational strategies are misaligned with the future. These emerging market forces often send executives into narrow, defensive stances. But disruption restructures the landscape and opens new areas of growth. Disruption should serve as a catalyst to build new internal resources and pursue new opportunities. In this session, we’ll look backwards from the future to pinpoint what we need to do to retain our leadership role while taking advantage of opportunities as they emerge.
