The Collaboration Continuum project set out to understand the business value of Enterprise 2.0 systems (including tools such as social networking forums, blogs, wikis, among others) in enabling collaboration and innovation. They developed a set of criteria to help companies identify their place on the continuum and provide guidance on “moving up.” Following the group’s highly rated Member Summit report-out, the November Brown Bag webinar allows for more discussion in understanding the value of these tools and encourages discussion on ‘next steps.’
