ROR Stage: gathering and analyzing data, finalizing research approach
This ROR will explore what features of organizational design or social networking help employees maintain relationships with weak ties or connect with new people both intra- and inter- organizationally. Can key features be identified that are essential to establishing legitimacy and trust in weak ties?
