Dr. Ted Farrington, Senior Consultant, AndSpace ConsultingPepsiCo R&D conducted an 18 month pilot program that assessed the potential for utilizing strategic foresights methods, such as inductive scenarios and participatory futures, to influence PepsiCo’s longer range research agenda through the development of distinct alternative views of the future. Attendees are treated to an overview of the research foresights process, several specific tools and results of this study.
