Member Summit 2015 - Hack-a-Thon

Hack-a-Thon: How do you make the fastest minimum viable product to test with your customer group?

In order to tackle the overarching topic of how R&D can best equip itself to compete with start-ups, ROR is breaking it into a series of topics to hold as individual ‘hack-a-thons.’ In this session, attendees will share their organization’s approach to getting a product to the customer testing phase as quickly as possible and techniques with which they are experimenting. These will be discussed and best practices identified and compiled into a whitepaper, which will be made available by the end of the Member Summit. That whitepaper will join the first in our hack-a-thon series on competing with start-ups, ‘How can R&D quickly and effectively evaluate new ideas?’
