RTM - Building Networks to Power Innovation: Carina Wong

In my heart, I always knew that I would go into public service, that I needed to do something that was mission driven. I studied foreign service in college; after I graduated I taught English in the Czech Republic. After teaching for a year, I wasn’t sure that teaching 30 students a year was the way I would change the world. In graduate school, I took a class in education policy, and I realized that I could have a large-scale impact in education outside of the classroom.
