RTM - Community Forum: Does your company provide a mentorship program for employees?

An IRI member who works at a large industrial corporation is seeking to institute a formalized mentorship program. While it currently has a formalized development program, it is seeking information as to what other companies do to set up and support formal mentorship programs.
