Digital Transformation Journey:  Procter & Gamble R&D Products Research
With the rise of the digital ecosystem, the explosion of E-commerce, and Procter & Gamble’s declared Irresistible Superiority strategy, Products Researchers (PR) in R&D faced an inflection point in its digital transformation journey.  In the past year, through a series of deliberate interventions systemically and culturally, the global PR community (20% of R&D) shifted from ~80% only aware of the role that digital plays in driving irresistibly superior innovation (but not yet putting into practice) to now >75% applying digital to their specific business challenges and truly “Living Digital.”

Presented by Jennifer Nienaber, R&D Director, Digital Products Research Transformation Leader, Procter & Gamble

New Mobility Building Solutions: Goodyear
Learn more about Goodyear's journey building solutions for new mobility, and the role and impact of their strategy on Goodyear’s culture and technology.  Join Erin Spring (Director, New Ventures) and John Wright (Senior Director of IT, Global Technology) from Goodyear as they discuss how their teams have been collaborating together, what has worked well thus far and their perspective on how Goodyear will continue to grow in this digital arena.

Presented by Erin Spring, Director, New Ventures; and John Wright, Senior Director of IT in Global Technology, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company

Apply what you've learned to your organization's digital efforts

On the last day, Case Western Reserve University professor, Dr. Ron Fry, is teaching a workshop that will offer participants direct experience in applying principles of Appreciative Inquiry to assist in preparing for back-at-work conversations following this conference to accelerate your Digital Futures agenda. This workshop will leverage the power of questions and story-telling to create generative connections--or conversations that matter--with your colleagues. These conversations can help to reconnect with embedded strengths you can exploit to assist in the digital transformation process to find shared preferrered future images with a critical mass of stakeholders, and to build momentum for co-designing the ideal Digital firm of the future!
