Vincent Ducret, Head of FastForward Communities, Philip Morris International
Vincent joined Philip Morris International Management SA (PMI) in 2005 from Sun microsystems as Application Architect. Until 2013, he occupied different positions that led him to manage the Information Services (IS) department of Duty Free organization. In 2014, Vincent was promoted as Head of IS Innovation with the challenge of fostering an innovation culture in IS leading to successful idea generation and implementation. He is the founder of NOVA framework, and managed its institutionalization across PMI as well as its extension to Lean Enterprise. Since April 2017, Vincent is part of the PMI Transformation Team as Head of FFWD Communities with the mission of deeply & sustainably anchoring new ways for PMI to work in terms of both functions and markets.
