Sean Bruce

Digital Innovation Advisor, Information Technology

Hess Corporation

Sean Bruce is Digital Innovation Advisor – Information Technology for Hess Corporation, a global independent energy company engaged in the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas. His role for Hess is to ensure that the enterprise's digital enablement strategy is carried out effectively. He focuses on defining the digital innovation process to enable valuable use of emerging technology and to champion its use across the workforce. In this role, he works across the enterprise keep this process balanced between  IT, innovation and business unit needs to allow for creativity with discipline.  In a prior role, he was part of the team that launched Hess’ global lean practice that is still in use today. He has more than 10 years of experience in technical project and program management with certifications as Certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional. He has worked for global consulting firms such as Slalom and Deloitte. Prior to this, he served in the United States Air Force.

Perezam Takouda

Associate Engineer, Packaging Day Shift Supervisor

Perezam Takouda is a Packaging Day shift Supervisor at Cargill’s Packaging plant in Sidney, OH, where she ensures the completion of daily production plans. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. Perezam joined Cargill in January 2022 as an Associate Engineer after graduating from the Heroes Make America Mechatronics Program at Fort Campbell, KY in December 2021. Prior to joining Cargill, Perezam served in the United State Army as an Automated Logistician Specialist from 2018 to 2022.

Scott Ponsor

Managing Partner

Barone Consulting

Scott Ponsor is a managing partner at Barone Consulting, a project management consulting firm which specializes in research and development projects with the Department of Defense. Scott has over 120 years of experience in the fields of communications, datalinks and command and control systems. His experience reaches a cross operational employment of fielded systems as well as project management of research and development efforts. Scott has served as a USAF officer in multiple combat theaters as an Air Battle Manager within the Air and Space Operations Center, as aircrew on the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS). Most recently he has supported the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) on programs employing drones and swarming autonomy. He is a graduate of Tulane University and lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife. They have two beloved dogs that don’t hunt.
