Description
This project defined a process to anticipate and control scale-up issues in applying strategic roadmaps in large companies. An initial, comprehensive model of a process was presented at the 2004 ROR Winter Meeting, and the subcommittee continued the project by benchmarking a number of companies considered to be best performers in applying roadmaps.
