2022 Annual Conference – Looking Backwards from the Future

We too often talk of disruption as binary events that appear unexpectedly. But disruption is a process that happens when organizational strategies are misaligned with the future. These emerging market forces often send executives into narrow, defensive stances. But disruption restructures the landscape and opens new areas of growth. Disruption should serve as a catalyst to build new internal resources and pursue new opportunities.
