A: Where would you open new R&D Centers?

Our organization is headquartered in the United States but produces goods for customers around the world. We are exploring where to open a new R&D center and want to select a site that will serve us now and in the future. While basing operations in countries such as China have provided high quality technical knowledge, rising geopolitical tensions and supply chain disruptions have brought that market into question.
