Success will not be as simple as making products smart and connected or enabling a service digitally through apps and webs; it will require deep “digital first” design. In this interview, Yoo discusses the Digital First framework he has created and how it can be applied. He also observes that physical product companies have real advantages as the providers of what consumers actually consume.
