Objective: Study of how companies have responded to surveys of their employees' satisfaction surveys
This subcommittee explored ways that companies responded to employee satisfaction surveys, and how these responses contributed to improved productivity. Another subcommittee considered how to make effective use of psychometric style measures in various aspects of human-resource management, such as hiring, task assignment, development, conflict resolution, and team building. A General Session on "Innovation in the War for Talent" addressed these issues and others during the 2001 IRI Annual Meeting.
