Description

This Working Group studied the impact of the retirement of the baby boomers on technology organizations, as for many companies, the loss of technical skills may be catastrophic. Working with the Human Resource Directors Network, the subcommittee developed a straw man model that shows the potential impact on technology organizations when the baby boomers exit the workplace.
