Description

Objective: Define leading edge practices used to deliver innovative products and services, particularly with respect to Leadership, processes & tools, and culture. 

This subcommittee leveraged the results of the Advanced Marketing subcommittee, where four levels of innovation practices were identified based on a survey of 33 companies.  There appeared to be the potential to define an even higher level of innovation excellence. This new subcommittee defined this level of excellence as Level 5 Innovation.
